Sales Terms:
All sales are FINAL. Serious buyers only, no backouts & no refunds.

Please take note that all our items are NEW unless mentioned otherwise.

All sales are on a first come first serve basis.

Items may be reserved for up to 3 days, after which, it will be released for sale again.

Payments Terms:
Maybank account ONLY.

* Payment is to be made within 3 days after order has been confirmed by us.
Maybank account no. will be given once confirmed.

For items opened for orders, a 50% deposit is required beforehand. The remaining amount is to be settled before item is delivered to you.

There will be NO REFUND should the buyer cancel his/her order after confirmation. However, should the bag(s) ordered are not available, a full refund will be remitted.

Delivery Terms:
Delivery is within Malaysia only. Items will be mailed within 3 business days after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Customers are to bear all shipping costs of RM10 (West Malaysia) / RM15 (East Malaysia).

For handbags/big items, the shipping rates are: RM20 (West Malaysia) /RM35 (East Malaysia). Domestic shipping is via Pos Laju.

Items are estimated to arrive in 2-3 days.

We will provide you with the PosLaju tracking no. if requested.

Please not that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

We can also arrange for a meet up in KLCC, Jalan Sultan Ismail & Wisma KFC.
